REFUND POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we can not refund our postage costs, and will only refund your return postage costs if an item is faulty or sent in error.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any returns must be sent in a resalable condition, and you must keep your proof of posting in order for us to process your refund/ exchange.
In some instances, it may work out better for us to issue you with a credit note against your next order. This is only in circumstances where the value of the product is minimal and costs less than the return postage.
We endeavour to provide detailed descriptions of our fragrances and the relevant CLP and allergen information for each of our products. We ask that you please check all relevant CLP and allergen information BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.
